RFID Not Enabling - Turn Off Keyboard Emulator

    If RFIDLinked fails to initialize the RFID antenna or randomly crashes when trying to scan RFID tags, you will most likely need to turn off the native Keyboard Emulator app.

    Choose the Home button from the bottom tray to return to the desktop.

    Choose the RFID Tools folder.

    Choose the Keyboard Emulator icon.

    If you do not have the RFID Tools folder, swipe up from the bottom of the screen to open the full apps tray and choose the Keyboard Emulator icon.

    On the opening screen of the Keyboard Emulator app make sure that Enable Scanner is toggled to OFF and that the checkboxes to the left of Barcode1D, Barcode2 and UHF are all unchecked.

    Choose the square icon in the lower tray to show you all open apps. 

    Swipe up on the RFIDlinked app to force it to close.

    Reopen the RFIDLinked app from either the RFID Tools folder or the full app tray and the RFID antenna should be initialized.
