GPIO Header Pins
The U300 has a header with 24 pins.  Use the below image and chart to determine the purpose of each pin on the header.

2  (RST)                 Reset signal, refer to GND
3  (NC)                   <reserved / not used>
4  (NC)                   <reserved / not used>
5  (I1)                     Input pin 1, refer to IO_GND
6  (I2)                     Input pin 3, refer to IO_GND
7  (O1)                    Output pin 1, refer to IO_GND
8  (O2)                   Output pin 3, refer to IO_GND
9  (IO_GND)           Input/Output pin reference Ground
10 (GND)                Ground
11 (GND)                Ground
12 (5V)                   5V/2A referenced to GND power supply

17 (I2)                     Input pin 2, refer to IO_GND
18 (I4)                    Input pin 24 refer to IO_GND

21 (D0)                   Wigan data port 0
22 (D1)                   Wigan data port 1
23 (TX)                   3.3v serial port transmit data line
24 (RX)                   3.3v serial port receive data line


Input Wiring Diagram
Sample input wiring diagram.  Replace switches with appropriate components or signals.  Examples could be push button switches, light sensors, etc...

Sample output wiring diagram.  Replace load/relay components as needed.  Examples could be lights, buzzers, etc...
